At Victoria World Academy, our focus on student support fosters a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, empowering each student to reach their full potential and achieve their academic and personal goals.
The student support services we provide involve educational services and ensure students’ overall development. Five student supports are most important to students learning and growing at Victoria World Academy:
- Compulsory student support services to be provided by Victoria World Academy for all its students:
- Minimum features/coverage for medical insurance for group.
- Annual limit not less than S$30,000.00 per student
- At least B2 ward (in government and restructured hospitals)
- 24 hours coverage in Singapore and overseas (if student is involved in school-related activities).
- Minimum features/coverage for medical insurance for group.
- Orientation programme for all newly-enrolled students. The orientation covers the following:
- Introduction of Victoria World Academy.
- Student contract and Fee Protection Scheme (FPS).
- Important policies, regulations and procedures.
- Feedback and grievance process.
- Important information relating to the course.
- Other student support services that Victoria World Academy may provide:
- Advice or services on accommodation options for international students;
- Close collaboration with parents or guardians for students not exceeding 18 years of age;
- Guidance and assist students to proceed to higher education;
- Assist students with registration for external examinations;
- Airport Arrival Pick-up service for first comer
- Assist in the medical check-up
- Financial Assistance Scheme

Guidance and assistance to students to proceed to higher education;
The school will advise and assist students in academic and career counselling.
The school will provide guidance and assistance to the students in choosing and applying for courses in higher education. The school may provide recommendations for good students where necessary that may help in the course application for institutes of higher learning.
Advice or services on accommodation options for international students;
The school may arrange for some options for students should they require assistance with accommodations.
Close collaboration with parents or guardians for students below 18 years of age;
For students under 18, the school will ensure to maintain close communication with parents or guardians for all school-related matters.
For all student activities the school will ensure to seek parents’ or guardians’ consent prior to carrying out activities
The school will ensure to communicate any disciplinary matters to parents or guardians immediately.
Guidance and assistance to students to proceed to higher education;
The school will provide guidance and assistance to students in the area of academic and career counseling.

Airport Arrival Pick-up service for first-time arrival
The school may help to facilitate in providing arrival pick-up service for International students from the airport to accommodations.
Assist in the medical check-up
The school will assist in arranging for students and bringing students for medical check-ups.
Financial Assistance Scheme
The school may render Financial Assistance to exceptional students based on unique circumstances that will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the management.
